You Take an advice from a nutrition expert on that because sometimes even after eating well enough the kids do not gain proper weight in that case a nutrition expert can guide you with the kind of food you should include on an every day basis along with that if there is a glitch in terms of deficiency and all they can also help you with the food and supplements to meet them
