White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the xvg doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Hi mommy Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free a Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
