White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the dohgctor. Proper mousturicsation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually might be due to deficiency of vitamin D so orders might be due to the skin also just check with your doctor then and also its exposure baby to early morning sunlight and give all kind of nutritious with have any food and feed your baby excuse me
