Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello mom, I don't see any kind of attachment here. Kindly upload it again. I think your baby having some kind of rashes in his legs. Use good brand of moisturizer and for this allergic case I used for my baby sopex soap for my baby I really works for allergy this is suggest me a skin doctor. Thank you have a nice day..
