#asktheexpert My baby is having cold for 3days.At first it was only watery runny nose now it is quite thick.I am giving her nasoclear drop and montair lc kid syrup.how many more days it will take to recover from cold.suggestions plz.

Use saline nasal drops
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
