Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly apply baby moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day andd if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

I Actually cannot see the picture attached with the query so it would be very difficult for me to give you any kind of an advisor on this it’s better to consult a paediatric skin doctor for this they will be able to give you a correct clarification and treatment for this
