A. Hello Mom! Only eating vegetable sis not sufficient to gain weight or boost overall growth. Child should eat all the food groups, variety of different ingredients and homemade balanced meals. Include foods like banana, chikoo, potato, sweet potato, curd, paneer, dals, sprouts, ragi and leafy greens in your child's meals Try recipes like - cheese egg sandwich, banana pancake, fruit lassi, ragi porridge, dry fruit ladoo, paneer pulao, sprouts bhel, palak corn cutlet. Hope this helps!
