#asktheexpert My baby is going to be 2 years old still she wakes up minimum 4 times thought not being breastfed. please fo help with putting her to long night sleep

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activitiesy at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terhrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
