#AskTheExpert my baby is going dark green potty and little bit smelly is it normal or he is suffering from some infection rest u everything is fine he is active and sleeping well I am giving both fm and bm

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Geeen poop can be due to formula milk but if the poop is smelly frothy or watery then might be due to infection so try to more breast feed your baby

Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop.
Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. A diaper full of green poop typically isn't something to worry too much about — or call the pediatrician about — especially if you know you breastfeeding mom recently ate something dark green or is recovering normally from a mild stomach bug.
