Q.

#asktheexpert My baby is gets angry most of the time n beat me too, else she try to harm herself to scare us. What to do n how to handle it? how can I make her learn good habits?

A. try to stay calm. offer more liquids and fruits. deworm your child and start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. massage with coconut oil and give Sunbath every morning for half an hour

A. Be consistent. Establish a daily routine so that your child knows what to expect. ...Plan ahead. Run errands when your child isn't likely to be hungry or tired. ...Let your child make appropriate choices. Avoid saying no to everything. ...Praise good behavior. ...Avoid situations likely to trigger tantrums.
