In such a case it is difficult to comment here because proper assessment is required which is possible only with clinical interaction so it will be better to visit your doctor /pediatrician for proper guidance regarding this. The treating doctor will advise you the proper investigation if required as well as prescribe appropriate trea-tment as per the requirement.
