#AskTheExpert my baby is dull only early morning ? why doctor please suggest anything. he is not have any fever or sick....

A. baby is dull since morning not sick or no fever keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake it could be because of dehydration you can give oral rehydration solution ORS to baby
