Hello ma’am If you do not have too much of breastfeeding how are you feeling enough to your child that your child is not asking for a feed for another five hours that’s what I’m not understanding. If your child is full for 4 to 5 hours and I believe that your child is having a good milk supply from you but still if you feel it is the medicine then you can consult a lactation specialist ones
