A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of inffection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 x years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal among babies who are physically active. Do not worry at all. Be Sue baby keeps running from places to places, so she is more energetic and not converting that fats. As she will grow she will start sitting at one place then she will gain weight appropriately.
