ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. colour does not matter much but the consistency and the frequency should be normal because if your baby is drinking formula milk and having mild cold and cough infection then also there can be green stools

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. green colour motion is normal in babies and for loose motion you need to maintain proper hydration,give enterogermina probiotic 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days, but if the problem continues please consult doctor in case of fever and vomiting also
