#AskTheExpert my baby is constipated most of times these days.its difficult for her to pass motion. A couple of times I saw blood in her stool..maybe due to too much pressure while pottying.pls help

Lathashree AMom of a 4 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. give him lots and lots of water... specially slight hot water... if he is not drinking water then please prepare fruit juices and give him .... fluid is the best medicine for constipation

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Consume plenty of fruits and vegetables (with their skin on), whole grains such as Whole Wheat, jowar, bajra, buckwheat, ragi, oats and to the stools and help in bowel movements.
