at first please limit your child milk intake up to 250 to 500ml per day.
because too much milk intake can cause low appetite and low iron level in kids.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive
for example
offer chapati in pink color with the help of beetroot .
so it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
and it also help in increasing iron level.
you can tell stories for this also.
offer food like ragi,nuts , beetroot , palak, pomegranate juice , tomatoes soup ,etc more.
give citrus fruits more for good absorption of iron.
use jeggary instead of sugar while making food for your child.
maintain good hygiene.
