A. few times it is watery and he exerts pressure as well while passing urine as well as poop which is semi solid with mucus or watery sometimes.

A. the green colour that many times is present in the stool is due to the digestive enzymes (bilex )present in the stomach and when the food reacts with the digestive enzymes this can give green colour to the stool. the importance is of consistency of the stool so if the consistency xis watery and green then only you need to meet the doctor but if it is semi solid to solid green stool then no need to meet the doctor.
