Q.
#asktheexpert my baby is almost 3 months now. she is feeding for only 5-8 mins in every 1.5hrs interval. is this normal?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. As long as the babies gaining weight and not crying at the end of feed we need not to worry about it. If The baby is crying continuously then it is a matter of concern

During first two months you should maintain a gap of two hours between two feedings.
But after completing two months it is advisable to feed your baby only on demand and do not give any forceful feeding on particular timings
The feeding should be done atleast 10 minutes.
