Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is almost 1 month old. he is late preterm, born in 35th week. i wish to breastfeed him exclusively but unable to produce much. have taken lactare capsules and lactonic granules. pls help

A. Just keep suckling, the baby and the milk supply will come. If the baby is content at the end of the feed, then it means that the milk supply is sufficient for the baby.

Hi mommy The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there Have shatavari tablet with warm milk twice a day to increase bm Take care The more relaxed you are while breastfeeding, the better your milk will flow. Make sure your chair or bed is comfortable and try to remove any distractions. For example, turn off your phone or put a ‘do not disturb’ sign on your door. Have a glass of water on hand for yourself too.
