Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, ragi in the diet. Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. The baby should double its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
