#AskTheExpert My baby is 9 months old. He still demands feeding during night atleast 3-4 times. Dies that mean he is Hungry? Should I include a solid meal in the evening to make his night sleep better? right now I give him some snacks like fruits (apple, muskmelon) in the evening about an hour before he sleeps.

don't worry it is common problem among breastfed babies.
just offer heavy food like sheera , rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease the night time waking frequency.
keep your child well hydrated
ensure that your child feel comfortable while sleeping.
maintain good hygiene
