#asktheexpert My baby is 9 months old and has begun solids she gets constipated a lot. We're offering her fruits and vegetables every day. she doesn't drink too much water but we give her juice

A. hi you need to keep an eye on your child diet and remove food which causes it give few sips of water at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours give gentle massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands use Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child for this
