Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 9 month old and she is 6.4 kg only..she born at 35 weeks with 2.6 kgs of weight..she is active..but help her with weight growth ..she can rollover..she can sit for a while..but not gaining weight

A. then feed calorie foods.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

A. Hello dear parent, a baby should be 10 kgs ( 9 to 11 kgs) by age 1 year. So do not worry. If your baby is active and eats properly then weight should not be the issue. As more physical work leads to slow gain of weight. Good luck and take care
