#asktheexpert my baby is 9 days old, he is latching properly but sucking for 20 to 30 min... sometimes even more than 30min. I'm worried whether he is not getting enough milk. is this indication for low breastmilk. do I need to consult doctor for this.

A. it is a possibility that you might not be having sufficient milk I would recommend you to try to use formula for the baby otherwise you can first try to boost the milk supply once for yourself
