#AskTheExpert my baby is 8 n half months old..hez having phlegm... while having the food . he starts with some sound like hez havin congestion.. how can v get rid of that.. is dere any medication to bring dat sputum out..

A. as a home remedy giving warm compress UN on chest back neck and feet will be really helpful also you should cover your baby's feet and head properly and make baby wear a Mala of garlic clove in the neck and that Mala should touch baby's heart it will definitely help apply Vicks VapoRub
