#AskTheExpert my baby is 8 month old having cold and cough we are giving him sinarest-af along with the other medicines including nasal one and nebuliser but still. O relief is there any other remedy for it

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. you are using appropriate medicines continue them u xCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, give steam once in a day. Exclusively breastfeed which is best for baby at this age. Avoid apple, banana until cold and cough is completely cured. Always give lukewarm water to drink. Add a pinch of pepper to khichadi and smash it and feed.
