avoid formula feed it is high in sugar. you can give low fat top milk.
reduce intake of table sugar
control consumption of high fats high sugary food especially processed packed foods.
the entire family should have healthy eating behaviour for child to have the same
do not restrict healthy food especially fruits and vegetables
avoid juices instead give whole fruit
use whole pulses, coarse grains
do not restrict fat intake as it is required for growth but control intake of fried food even at home
give healthy fats from walnut, almond, peanuts
encourage good water intake
