A. Hello good morning !! Birth weight?? Generally babies reduce weight by 2-3 weeks and regain bh 4-5 weeks as baby is 7 weeks old check if increased weight than Birth weight. Generally they increase 400-700gm per month if baby increased 300-500gm then ok don't worry. If increased only 100-200gm only then check baby getting enough feed , sleep. 16-18 hours sleep , feed every two hours exclusive breast milk or formula milk suggested until 5 completed months. Feed every two hours, sound sleep helps in weight gain.
