#AskTheExpert my baby is 7 months old and he is suffering from high fever for 2 days. No medicine is working more than 2 hours. He doesn’t take any food or liquid nd just crying all the time Please suggest something that will be helpful

A. fever is the response of the body towards any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature is above 99F it is called as fever, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose which can be again repeated after every 5 - 6 hours if required and do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever in vaibetween the doses.
