#asktheexpert my baby is 7 months old and eating 6 scoops of nestum per feed, is it normal?

A. bette avoid package foods. after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good

A. Boil drinking water/milk^ for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure the quantity of water/milk^ as mentioned in the feeding table on pack and pour it into the baby's bowl Add the number of scoops of NESTUM as mentioned in the feeding table on pack. Stir until the cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon.
