POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Noon: Dinner (include iron-rich food, energy food and a fruit or vegetable). 5 pm: (include an iron-rich food, energy food and a fruit or vegetable). 7 pm: Bedtime milk (as before!)
