#asktheexpert My baby is 7 month old just now started solids... but he's not interested to eat... How can i give solids? thank you

Hello mom some babies take time to get used to solids and it is pretty much normal behaviour , as since birth they are used to mothers milk. so introduce one food at a time and try to give foods from various food groups. start with small quantities such as just a few teaspoons. gradually increase the quantity, variety and number of meals, add flavours

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hi parent please gradually increase solid in your child daily diet please don't force feed your child please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
