#AskTheExpert my baby is 7.5month old.as I don't have breast milk day one using feeding bottles now days he refuse to have milk ,trying to give by spoon also he refuse I am worried of it please advice me any other option.

A. Hai good morning !! As baby is seven months old you can feed semi solids once or twice a day and rest of the day milk. Fruits and vegetables puriees, Mashes (steamed and mashed apple, potato, carrot, mashed banana, Papaya, pumpkin) cerelac,oats, Dalia porridge, Dal water,rice starch. If baby is refusing bottle feed find out reasons by changing nipple or formula milk brand.
