#AskTheExpert my baby is 6month + and he is facing constipation problem what should I do to help him.

A. at 6 monthsgive adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician

A. Hi parent Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350 take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime (don't wake her up though) Use more probiotics in her diet.
