#AskTheExpert my baby is 6 weeks old. Sometimes it seems that my wife is not producing enough milk. This was better till few days back. She is feeding the baby regularly and takes good diet. What can we do to improve this? this is affecting both mom and baby. Thank you.

check the pee count if around 6-8 times and baby sleeping well then baby is getting sufficient amount of milk
exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
