A. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination. Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all chiljdren below 5 years of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before as per the schedule then also you should give this vaccine on the the pulse polio dauy as this is an additional vaccine. For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .

A. Both the vaccinations are good but if you want to go ahead with government dispensary they’re going to give the regular vaccination with which the fever is going to come so you can get that done and having fever after vaccination is hundred percent normal
