#asktheexpert my baby is 6 months old today she is having fever cold and cough for a few days i have given her sumol fever reduced everyday and ascoril but it's not helping me should I start giving her Taxim-O

A. that is antibiotic you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics. all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.

A. hello you should not give any antibiotic unless it is advised by a doctor and would recommend you to first visit your doctor at May required for the medical investigation and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe
