#AskTheExpert my baby is 6 months old now ,can I introduce formula milk along with breast milk for her ,if yes ,how many times a day and how much (? ml) , and I am breast feeding till today but now a days ,milk supply is decreased then before .so please suggest me how to increase milk supply ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can start with the formula milk if ur feed is not enough for the baby. There is no problem in that. U can have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
