#asktheexpert my baby is 6.5 months old....I have to join office next week.....what should be my baby's food schedule he is exclusively on breast milk so far

Schedule you’ll have to set as per your requirement you can start with the proper food initially twice in a week and maybe then in a week time thrice in a week so that is going to be comfortable for you you should focus focus upon proper breakfast lunch and dinner for your child and milk can be given rest of the times as per your comfort
