Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 5months old.. she is having fever. I think it's bcz of teething.. what I do

A. Hi yes it can be due to teething but to confirm please check for other signs of teething also such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums, baby trying to put everything in mouth to chew, loose motions. if yes then this condition will subside after the eruption of teeth. you can consult with your pediatrician if the temperature rises too much.

A. hello mum do not ignore the fever just connecting it by teething only if child is having fever that means you need to give Paracetamol to the child and if still even after two days it does not subsides then you need to consult with the doctor for the proper checkup
