#asktheexpert my baby is 5month old.she is putting her fingers in her mouth..what should I do to distract her from doing this

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only 5 months of age it is absolutely not my pro small babies putting fingers in the mouth it is not habit forming it is not a sign of hunger in the baby

Jasmine KaurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you Will have to discourage her first by taking out mher g fingers gently out of her mouth. Also then show her toys that have lights and music in it. That will help her get distracted. Rest with growing age she Wil learn avoid putting fingers in mouth.
