#asktheexpert my baby is 55 days old i did have enough milk for him the doctor suggested zerolac powder to feed him can you suggest any other milk substitution for my baby or else shall I continue zerolac only

Hi mommy You can give adequate breast milk Every two hours of intervals Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products to increase your milk supply Maintain hydration Burp well after every feeding Give formula milk alternatively suggested by your paediatrician
