#AskTheExpert My baby is 5 weeks old. She is not passing stool regularly. Also she strains and grunts a lot specially at night. I don't breastfeed her. I pump breast milk and I also feed her formula. Yesterday she passed green stool. Please help me understand what the cause for all this is.

A. babies who drink mother's milk exclusively don't pass motion daily so don't worry because mothers milk almost gets completely observed and nothing much is left to poop regularly. make sure he is feeding properly and passing gases
