#AskTheExpert my baby is 5 months old.. she is premature baby.. when she was born her weight is 1.300 kg now she is 5 months old and her weight is 5 kgs.. my baby is not able to breastfeed for some reason so I m giving her farmula milk..is farmula milk is safe for baby.. I m very guilty bcoz I m not able to breast feed her

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. give feed only. Breast feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of age. If not possible then only milk formula should be given. After that you can start with top feed along with cow milk .
