#AskTheExpert My baby is 5 months old..she is coughing only in the morning when she wakes up...but continuously...I want a home remedy...I dnt want to give her medicines..can u help me out

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to some other cause like GERD so it needs proper valuation before giving any medicatcion . Primarily you can give steam inhalation to the child for the improvement before consulticng your doctor.
