#AskTheExpert my baby is 5 months old,from one week he going motion after every feeding,is this e problem.before he is going only one time a day

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it is ok .Infants may not pass motion daily . It may be 2 to 3 days or may be up to 7 days . No need to use any medication as such but glycerine suppository can be used over the area for lubrication if baby not passed motion for 7 days

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. your baby may poop after every feed or only once a week. Both are normal cases. If baby is pooping after every feed, it's because as your baby’s stomach fills up, the milk stimulates the digestive tract, giving baby urge to go potty. Always just chekx for consistency If it's normal consistency then thee is no need to worry.
