Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 5 months old and he takes feed every 2-3 hours.He has been exclusively breastfed. Is the milk not enough for him. Should we introduce something else alongwith the breast milk? How do we know if the milk is sufficient for him ?

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. Continue to exclusively breastfeed until 6 months. Consult your doctor for further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil

Q. #asktheexperts my 3 months and 20 days old baby poops irregularly, sometimes after 7 days, sometimes after 10 days. Today, he pooped after 7 days. Usually it is slightly thick paste but today it's very thick almost like an older kid. Daily diaper change is 4-5-6. He is exclusively breastfed. Our paediatrician advised us to wait and feed him every 3 hours but he doesn't drink properly in one feed. So he can't wait 3 hours and takes feed at 2 hours, 2 and half hours.
