#asktheexpert My baby is 5 months 14 days old, my breast milk got suddenly decreased due to which not able to feed my baby as per her requirement as earlier i used to feed her every 2 hours but now she asks in an hour also. I give her formula milk but she dont seem to be satisfied and cries. Please advise what to feed her.

A. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruitsd daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ). you have dto take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.
