Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 5 month old and continuously sucking the fingers..I tried to handle this in a gentle way..but no effect..please suggest if there is any solution..

A. hi parent it's because of hand regard milestone may also be due to teething give teether soothers available in the market maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene

Because thumb sucking makes babies feel secure, some babies might eventually develop a habit of thumb sucking when they're in need of soothing or going to sleep.
